My background
I am from Lisburn and I have been baking since I was 16 years old. Artisan baking came to life 10 + years ago. It's gone better than I imagined. Now, teaching is another passion born along the bread making way. More than ever, I feel its important to pass on these skills. I look forward to seeing you in class.
